Very few people are aware of the fact that this fruit contains pigments that are natural teeth whitening agents and the seeds also can help. For application, rub the fruit against your teeth, or mash it up and use just like toothpaste. But remember, you need to use a fluoride-containing toothpaste right afterwards, because strawberries contain sugar too.
Another method for whitening is the use of wood ash. Well it sounds really strange, but yes, it contains potassium hydroxide which bleaches tooth enamel. Rubbing it against your teeth directly might be a little too harsh. But it can be applied by mixing small amounts with toothpaste itself.
People, who instead choose clinics for such treatments, have to pay enormous costs. Generally, teeth whitening prices range from 300 pounds to 1000 pounds. But the prices may vary based upon factors which include the extent of treatment required, the material used, and the doctor’s fee of course. It may also include the costs of aftercare service.
